Relocating is always a mixed bag. There is the excitement of a new life. But there is also the stress of pulling up your roots and settling into a new community. I have clients often contact me in preparation for their move to Pullman. Some are relocating within the State of Washington. Others come from all areas of our great country.

I thought I knew a Lori Cofer in Pullman WA but your name sounded familiar but you are in Moscow ID. I was wondering what's going on. So, now I know. These 2 places are a stone's throw away. How fun! Good job, girl.

:) Yes, I'm licensed in both ID and WA. Pullman and Moscow are both on the border of their respective states, approximately 8 miles apart. For instance, the towns only have one newspaper, the Moscow-Pullman Daily News, and of course one airport, the Pullman-Moscow Regional airport.
It is fun to be able to service my clients in both towns, since many live in one town and work in the other town, or vice versa.
